Crochet Pattern for Reindeer Nose

Red Circle

  • Make a slip knot
  • make 3 chain crochet stitches
  • join first and last stitch with slip stitch (due to which we get a small ring)
  • now we make 21 double crochet stitches around that small ring
    • to make stitches around the ring -- yarn over insert crochet hook inside the ring then pull yarn from that ring and complete double crochet stitch
  • after 21 double crochet stitches around the ring join first and last stitch with slip stitch.
  • last round make 1 slip stitch in each stitch
White Oval
  • First Round 
    • make 5 chain crochet stitches 
    • then in first stitch which comes after current loop on the crochet hook make 5 half double crochet stitches in that first stitch 
    • in second stitch, third stitch, fourth stitch make 1 half double crochet stitch in each single stitch using only 1 loop of each stitch
    • then in fifth stitch make 5 half double crochet stitches in that fifth stitch 
    • turn you crochet work upside down
    • in fourth stitch, third stitch,second stitch, make 1 half double crochet stitch in each single stitch using only 1 loop of each stitch
    • joint first and last stitch with slip stitch
  • Second Round
    • make 2 chain crochet stitches
    • then make 2 half double crochet stitches in each single stitch using back loop of each stitch
    • at last join first and last stitch with slip stitch
  • Last round
    • Make 1 slip stitch in each single stitch all around
Last step
  • stitch red circle on white oval
